Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, and offer closure.
This is a core recruitment role for professionals who enjoy building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and driving hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through candidate onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand job requirements, technical skills, experience, and role expectations.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, databases, social platforms, and other relevant channels.




• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Conduct preliminary HR screening and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, candidate tracking, and recruitment documentation.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation coordination, and offer closure in line with organizational guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with selected candidates through the notice period and support smooth joining.
• Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired technical and business roles.
• Track recruitment metrics including open positions, sourcing
