Who We're Looking For

• Target-oriented and experienced sales professional with strong territory management capabilities.
• Ability to manage end-to-end Direct-to-Retail business in the assigned territory.
• Identify, onboard, and drive business from top retail counters within the territory.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets while ensuring adherence to credit limits.
• Conduct regular daily and weekly coverage of assigned outlets.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory whenever required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing business needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Strong understanding of the retail market and channel ecosystem.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Territory Sales Manager / Field Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
