The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills and proven expertise in developing communications. This role will report to the Manager, Employee Communications in HR, People Solutions and Services.

Role Summary:

The Communications Specialist will support the development and execution of HR communications that drive awareness, engagement, and action across a global workforce.



This role is responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital communication channels, supporting HR programs and delivering integrated multi-channel communication campaigns.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with hands-on experience using Staffbase, ServiceNow, and SharePoint to manage communications, content publishing, and stakeholder requests within a global, shared-services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread high-quality employee communications across multiple formats, including email campaigns, intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, video scripts
• Lead communication support for HR programs and initiatives, including wellbeing, talent development, employee experience, recognition, advantages, and organizational initiatives.
• Manage and publish content through Staffbase, ensuring timely, engaging, and effective delivery
