As a Fixture Design & Automation Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and validation of innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions that support manufacturing, testing, reliability, and automation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform engineering requirements into practical, high-quality solutions while building your expertise in fixture design, automation systems, and product realization. You will be part of the Fixture Design & Automation team, supporting the development of manufacturing, test, and reliability solutions that enable efficient product development and production. Our team partners closely with engineering, operations, quality, suppliers, and technicians to deliver protected, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that improve productivity and accelerate innovation.

What You Will Do





• Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical fixtures that support testing, manufacturing, reliability, and automation applications.
• Convert engineering requirements into practical concepts that balance performance, quality, manufacturability, cost, and safety.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and supporting technical documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, technicians, procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring designs from concept through implementation.
• Support prototype builds, validation activities, troubleshooting efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply engineering principles such as GD&T;, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, and component selection to create robust and reliable designs.
