Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition with Min 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and hiring for both technical and non-technical positions, along with expertise in salary negotiation, onboarding, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, compensation, and role requirements.
• Handle recruitment for technical (IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support etc.) and non-technical positions (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panel members.




• Manage interview schedules, feedback, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates for role fit.
• Manage salary discussions and negotiations with selected candidates.
• Understand and explain salary structures, including CTC, fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, deductions, and advantages.
• Coordinate offer rollout and ensure successful offer acceptance.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period to ensure joining.
• Manage the pre-joining and onboarding process and coordinate required documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
