Job Description

We are hiring candidates for the *International Voice Process* at Xeedo Technologies, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers over calls, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

* Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
* Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
* Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
* Maintain good customer relationships.
* Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
* Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Requirements





* Good verbal and written *English communication skills*.
* Comfortable working in a *night shift*.
* Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Candidates with International Voice / BPO / Customer Support experience are preferred.
