• Branch Operations
• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Training, CRM, Placement, HR, Digital Marketing, Admin, and other teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of classrooms, labs, trainers, and other branch resources.
• Monitor branch discipline, cleanliness, infrastructure, and overall working environment.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all branch processes and company policies are followed.
• Sales & Revenue Management
• Drive branch sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and revenue through CRM.
• Review team performance and identify gaps in the sales funnel.
• Conduct regular sales review meetings and provide guidance to the team.
• Support the sales team in handling high-value or critical student enquiries.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.

• Handle escalated student complaints and grievances.
