About the Role
We're looking for driven, energetic individuals to join our growth team as Marketing & Growth Interns. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys the hustle of building something from the ground up, and wants hands-on experience in real-world marketing, outreach, and sales. You'll work directly under the guidance of our CMO, learning and executing strategies for user acquisition, event marketing, and community building.
This is a performance-driven role — your earnings will scale directly with the results you bring in through commissions and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns to connect with potential users and convert them into active users
• Represent the brand at marketing events, meetups, campus activities, and community gatherings
• Pitch and explain the product's value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospective users




• Build and manage relationships with potential users, partners, and communities to drive adoption
• Assist in designing and running grassroots marketing and referral campaigns
• Collect user feedback from the field and share insights with the marketing team to refine messaging
• Track outreach activities, conversions, and report performance metrics regularly
• Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to brainstorm and test new acquisition strategies
• Identify new channels, events, and communities for potential outreach opportunities
