Role Description

Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Projects.
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
• Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports,



and integrations.
• Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
• Ability to provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Valuable to Have Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes.
• Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
• Exposure to Group Reporting.
• Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and user-training skills.
• Experience in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
