About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on City Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive Bhoomi Farms' on-ground sales, partner relationships, and market execution across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.




This is not a desk-based sales role.
You will spend significant time in the market—working with retail and quick-commerce partners, visiting warehouses, engaging with category and operations teams, understanding city-level demand, resolving execution issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The role requires someone who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving quickly, building relationships, and taking ownership of problems from identification through resolution.
You will serve as an significant bridge between Bhoomi Farms and the market—ensuring that partner needs, customer demand, operational realities, and market intelligence are translated into action internally.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys execution more than presentations, relationships more than reports, and building something meaningful rather than simply managing an existing business.
