About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Manager who can independently manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations for both US and India operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, payroll, US accounting, Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional who can take complete ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, collections, payments, payroll, compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

US Accounting & Accounts Receivable

* Manage complete Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
* Generate and send client invoices accurately and on time.




* Track outstanding invoices and payment due dates.
* Maintain AR aging reports.
* Follow up on overdue payments and collections.
* Reconcile payments received against invoices.
* Manage customer accounts and payment discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
* Handle bank and credit-card reconciliations.
* Support month-end and year-end closing.
* Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP and other financial reports.

US Staffing / Consulting Accounting

* Manage consultant and employee timesheets.
* Reconcile approved hours against client invoices.
* Handle W2, 1099 and C2C accounting/payment processes.
* Track consultant billing rates, pay rates and margins.
* Coordinate client and vendor invoicing.
* Maintain invoice and payment history by consultant/client.
* Track reimbursable expenses where applicable.

US Payroll & ADP

* Strong hands-on experience with ADP.
