As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant / Customer Support Executive who can become an important part of our customer experience team.
This role is not limited to answering customer calls. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of customer problems, coordinate internally, resolve issues, collect feedback, build customer relationships and ensure that every customer gets the right support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
* Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other customer-support channels.
* Communicate with customers in fluent and professional English.
* Understand customer concerns patiently and provide explicit, accurate solutions.
* Assist customers with product-related queries, usage questions, troubleshooting and service-related concerns.
* Maintain a friendly, empathetic and professional tone while communicating with customers.
Escalation Management
* Take ownership of customer escalations and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, warehouse, service, sales and management whenever required.
* Track unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Make sure customers receive regular updates until their issue is completely resolved.
