Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR & Industrial Relations (IR) Executive to manage HR operations, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing workplace. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, union management, and employee engagement while ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Support recruitment, induction, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
• Maintain employee files,



HR documentation, and MIS reports.

Industrial Relations (IR)

• Maintain healthy industrial relations between management and employees.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with labour unions and employee representatives, where applicable.
• Support collective bargaining discussions and settlement negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain industrial harmony.
