Overview of The Role:
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager – 3W to lead the brand, product marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) agenda for our fast-growing Electric 3-Wheeler business.
This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of Brand, Product, Sales, Dealer Network, and Digital Growth. Beyond traditional brand building, your mandate is to turn product capabilities and consumer insights into high-impact marketing programs that directly power our commercial pipeline - driving awareness, qualified leads, test drives, bookings, and retail sales.

What You Will Own
• Brand & Product Marketing: Define value propositions, product positioning, and messaging across commercial and passenger 3W segments. Translate key technical and commercial hooks - Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), range, payload, uptime, battery life, and warranty - into compelling marketing narratives.

• Go-to-Market & Integrated Campaigns: Own GTM strategies for recent launches and variants. Lead campaigns end-to-end (brief, creative, media execution) across digital, OOH, ATL/BTL, experiential,



and regional channels.

• Dealer & Retail Activation: Partner with Sales and regional teams to drive footfalls, enquiries, and conversions. Build localized activation playbooks, POSM toolkits, roadshows, fleet meets, and test-drive programs to maintain brand consistency across our dealer ecosystem.

• Digital & Demand Generation: Drive full-funnel performance marketing using geo-targeting, paid social, search, and video. Track metrics like CPL, lead quality, CAC, and conversion rates, collaborating with CRM teams for nurture workflows.

• Customer & Market Intelligence: Conduct field visits, analyse competitor moves, and gather customer feedback on financing, running costs, and utilization to continually refine messaging and strategy.
