About Us
We're a pre-seed startup building a wealth app. We're currently in the product-building phase. The team is four people - IVY league MBAs and IIT. Everyone works remotely and independently, with a few regular syncs and minimal supervision.

The Role
You'll be our in-house investment brain. You'll own how we evaluate and recommend mutual funds, and you'll spend the rest of your time with users and the go-to-market effort. Alongside this, you'll qualify as the SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) for the firm, with the exam costs covered by us.

This is a small team at an early stage, so your work will shape the product and the company directly.

What You'll Do
Investment Research (~50%, your core scope)




- Help analyse and evaluate mutual funds across categories, covering performance, risk, portfolio quality, fund manager track record, costs and consistency
- Help build and maintain a clear, repeatable framework for shortlisting and recommending funds
- Turn research into plain-language recommendations that everyday investors can understand
- Monitor recommended funds and flag changes that matter
- Transparent the NISM Investment Adviser exams (Series X-A and X-B), fully funded by the company

Advisory & Go-to-Market (~50%, shared with the whole team)
- Talk to prospective users to understand how they invest, what they struggle with and what they need
- Help improve user acquisition and engagement metrics in the app through experiments, content, outreach and feedback loops
