We are looking for a Trainer/Training Specialist to lead end-to-end training and quality initiatives for our Sales and Client Servicing teams. You will report directly to the Training Manager.

Role: Trainer/ Training Specialist
Location: Delhi/Noida

Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Building
• Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for Sales and Client Servicing Associates
• Develop structured onboarding, refresher, and advanced training modules
• Ensure training content is aligned with business goals, compliance, and customer experience standards
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs

Quality & Performance Management
• Define and monitor quality benchmarks for sales and client servicing interactions
• Work closely with operations and leadership to identify skill gaps and performance issues
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion, customer satisfaction, and compliance
• Implement feedback loops and coaching frameworks based on quality insights

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Operations,



HR, and Compliance teams to ensure training effectiveness
• Support leadership with data-driven insights on training impact and quality outcomes
• Assist in change management initiatives related to processes, products, or systems

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in training, quality, or learning & development roles
• Prior experience training sales and/or client servicing teams (B2C/B2B)
• Solid understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and service excellence
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report training impact
