About the RoleKarn Marketing Welfare LLP is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or a related field.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and client-handling skills, along with a strong ability to generate leads, conduct meetings, build client relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities• Generate new business leads through calls, references, networking, social media and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
• Pitch Karn Marketing's services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle client queries, requirements and objections professionally.
• Negotiate pricing, proposals and terms with clients.




• Follow up consistently with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and communicate client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.

Requirements• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, client servicing or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
