We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling)

We're hiring a Sales Development Rep to own outbound cold calling to prospective clinics in the US, have real conversations with decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. We're looking for someone who's already done this before and knows what it takes to work a phone-first role well.

Role details:

• Full-time, permanent role
• Work from office. We've set up our office specifically for cold calling; it's the best setting for this kind of work
• 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
• Night shift, aligned to US hours: roughly 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (start as early as 5:30 PM, wrap by 2:30-3:00 AM depending on team needs)

What you'll be doing:

• Cold calling prospective clinics and decision-makers in the US, this is the core of the role
• Running discovery on calls: qualifying leads, understanding needs, and handling objections in real time
• Booking qualified meetings/demos for the closing team and setting them up for success
• Logging every call, outcome,



and next step accurately in our CRM
• Following up with prospects across calls, email, and SMS after initial conversations
• Hitting daily/weekly call and meeting-booked targets, and continuously improving your pitch based on feedback
• Supporting lead generation when needed: building and researching prospect lists using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Using AI tools to automate parts of your workflow (call prep, follow-ups, CRM hygiene)

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or a similar outbound/client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You'll be speaking directly with US-based clients daily, so clarity, tone, and confidence matter a lot
• A track record of working the phone consistently and handling objections well
• Comfortable working night shift hours to align with US business hours
