4. Educational Qualifications/Skillsets Required:

⚫ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
⚫ Certifications in medical coding (CPC, CCS) or AI/ML are a strong plus.
⚫ 8-12 years of progressive software engineering experience with at least 3–4 years in a technical lead or manager capacity.
⚫ Hands-on experience building and deploying NLP/NLU models, transformer-based architectures, and/or LLM-powered applications in production.
⚫ Understanding of US medical coding systems — ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS preferred
⚫ Familiarity with EHR/EMR data formats (HL7, FHIR, CDA)
⚫ Proficiency in Python and contemporary ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn); working knowledge of .NET,
