Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will engage with potential and existing customers, explain service offerings, and respond to inquiries both in person and via phone or digital channels. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales visits, preparing basic quotes, and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.



The representative will support marketing activities such as promoting services, gathering customer feedback, assisting with local campaigns, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met. The role also involves learning and communicating product and service knowledge, tracking sales performance, and participating in ongoing training to improve sales and customer engagement skills.
