About the Role

We are looking for a Website Sales Consultant to join our permanent, full-time sales team and handle sales opportunities targeting the Australian market.

You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable website and digital solutions, preparing proposals and converting qualified leads into paying clients.

This is a target-driven, client-facing sales role suited to someone who is confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers and has a strong ability to build rapport, handle objections and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential clients and generate sales opportunities.




Speak with Australian business owners and understand their requirements.
Identify opportunities for website design, development and digital solutions.
Conduct sales consultations, presentations and online demonstrations.
Recommend suitable solutions based on the client's business needs and budget.
Prepare quotations, proposals and service packages.
Follow up with prospects through calls, email and other communication channels.
Handle questions, concerns and sales objections professionally.
Negotiate and close deals within approved pricing guidelines.
Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the development, design and digital marketing teams for successful client onboarding and project handover.
Maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
