ROLE PURPOSE
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing sales organisation across the assigned geography. The role requires a commercially astute and results-oriented leader who can translate business strategy into execution, develop strong sales teams, build strategic customer and channel relationships, and consistently deliver revenue, profitability, and market-growth objectives.

1. Regional Business & Revenue Leadership
• Own and deliver regional revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Drive growth through market penetration, recent customer acquisition, and improved conversion.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and business risks and take timely corrective action.
• Ensure disciplined execution of regional business plans.

2. Sales Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and manage a multi-location sales organisation comprising Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
