About PlayLife Sports Arena
PlayLife is a floodlit multi-sport venue in Sector 163, Noida, along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. We offer box cricket, box football, pickleball, badminton, cricket nets with bowling machine, and carrom, and we host corporate team events, society tournaments and leagues.

The Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to bring in corporate events and new customers. This is a commission-based, versatile role, ideal for someone who loves sports and talking to people.

What you'll do
- Reach out to companies in Noida/NCR for team outings, sports days and leagues
- Visit offices and meet HR, admin and engagement teams
- Call and follow up with leads, and close bookings
- Bring in housing societies, coaching academies and regular players
- Coordinate with the PlayLife team for event execution

What you get




- 10% commission on every corporate booking you close
- 5% commission on regular bookings from customers you bring
- +5% bonus on ALL your sales when you cross ₹50,000 in a month
- Commission on repeat bookings from your clients for 3 months
- Free playing hours every month

- Flexible timings; part-time is fine

Who should apply
- MBA/BBA students, sales freshers, or experienced sales people
- Confident on calls and in face-to-face meetings
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Passion for sports is a big plus
