Lead marketing across a prestigious UK and Australian university campus network in India

ECA Group is expanding its network of international UK and Australian university branch campuses across India, beginning with Birkbeck, University of London in Bengaluru and expanding to 5 UK or Australian university brands.

We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to build university brands, drive student demand and support recent campus launches. This is an opportunity to shape marketing across a growing network, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

Based at the Birkbeck Bengaluru campus, you’ll initially lead three marketing managers, one for each brand, plus support staff. You’ll work closely with university partners, recruitment teams and external agencies,



with regular travel within India as the network grows.

You’ll report to the CEO, India Branch Campuses, with a functional reporting line to the ECA Group Marketing Director in Australia.

What you’ll lead• Develop and deliver marketing and brand strategies that support each campus’s growth.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, events, PR, and student engagement to generate quality enquiries and support enrolment growth.
• Lead and develop campus marketing managers and support staff.
• Manage marketing relationships and brand approvals with university partners.
• Support new campus launches, building market awareness and distinctive positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, website performance and campaign reporting.
• Work with recruitment and admissions teams to improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion.
