Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options across residential, commercial,



and industrial segments. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, explaining pricing and terms, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth documentation and closure of transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and contributing to team targets and revenue goals.
