Who Is an Ideal Fit for Us?

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership generalist to join the Founder's Office and work directly with leadership on sales and growth. You will drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, from shaping go-to-market plans and supporting large enterprise deals to building the processes and insights that help us scale. This is a high-visibility role with steep learning, ideal for someone who wants a front-row view of how an enterprise SaaS company wins and grows in the BFSI space.

What Will You Get to Work On?

As a member of the Founder's Office at Osfin.ai, you will:

• Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic sales and growth initiatives with leadership, from problem framing to execution.




• Enterprise Deal Support: Support enterprise deals with account research, pitch decks, proposals, business cases, and RFP responses.
• Metrics & Reviews: Track pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics, and prepare leadership and board reviews.
• Market Research: Conduct market, competitor, and account research to identify current segments, geographies, and opportunities.
• Go-to-Market: Shape go-to-market plays, pricing inputs, and sales collateral with product and marketing teams.
• Sales Operations: Set up and improve sales processes, CRM hygiene, dashboards, and operating cadences.
• Special Projects: Own special projects such as partnerships, events, and new market entry.

What Do We Expect From You?

• Core Experience: 2 to 4 years in consulting, strategy, a founder's office, or B2B sales.
• Structured Thinking: Strong structured thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to turn ambiguity
