About the Role:

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and grow our B2C Fleet Management System (FMS) product. You'll work with engineering, design, data, and business teams to shape features that help individual users track, manage, and get more from their vehicles. This role suits someone curious about consumer behavior, comfortable with data, and eager to own product outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the product roadmap for the B2C FMS app, covering features like live tracking, trip history, alerts, maintenance reminders, and driving insights
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering through the full development cycle
• Research users through interviews, surveys, and feedback to find pain points and opportunities
• Analyze product metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and conversion, and turn findings into actionable recommendations
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve onboarding, adoption, and user experience
• Work with design on wireframes, prototypes, and usability improvements




• Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and operations on launches and go-to-market plans
• Track competitors and market trends in the consumer telematics and connected-vehicle space
• Triage bugs and prioritize the backlog to keep releases on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (strong internships also considered)
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, with working knowledge of SQL and tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication • Robust problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion
