Manager Projects

Location: Corporate Office, Gurgaon, India

Function: Group Projects (Healthcare, Manufacturing & Agriculture)

Reporting To: General Manager Projects Management

Role Overview

The Manager Projects will be responsible for the planning, design coordination, execution and monitoring of projects across the Group s business verticals, including Healthcare, Manufacturing and Agriculture.

The role will manage projects through the complete lifecycle from concept development and design through construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

The position requires a solid combination of project management and hands-on design capability. The candidate should be able to independently prepare, review and modify layouts and technical drawings, coordinate with architects and engineering consultants, monitor site execution and resolve design and construction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage projects from concept development through design, construction,



fit-out, commissioning and handover.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and key milestones.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting timelines, budgets or deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently as required.

Design, Drafting & Technical Coordination

• Prepare, review and modify layouts, plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Develop space plans and layouts based on business, operational and functional requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, MEP, interior and other technical drawings.
