About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Sales, Procurement, Import & Export, and International Business Development within the Oil & Gas, Lubricants, Petroleum Products, and Energy sector.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing new markets, building strategic customer and supplier relationships, managing commercial negotiations, leading teams, and contributing to the growth and brand value of the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development• Develop and execute domestic and international sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify current customers, markets, distributors, dealers, and strategic business opportunities.
• Manage B2B sales of petroleum products, lubricants, fuels, additives, and other energy products.




• Develop long-term relationships with key customers, institutional buyers, OMCs, distributors, and international clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, contracts, payment terms, and business closures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

2. Global Import & Export• Handle end-to-end international trading, import, and export operations for petroleum products, lubricants, base oils, additives, and related products.
• Develop international suppliers and buyers across different geographical markets.
• Negotiate FOB, CIF, CFR, EX-Works and other international trade terms.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, inspection agencies, and logistics partners.
• Manage documentation including LC/SBLC, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, COA, MSDS, insurance and export/import documentation.
