About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with solid expertise in C++, Qt, MITK, VTK, OpenGL, and Linux to drive the design and development of advanced medical imaging and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead teams in building scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive software architecture for C++/Qt-based medical imaging applications.
• Design scalable, modular, secure, and high-performance software systems.
• Architect solutions integrating MITK, VTK, OpenGL, and Linux platforms.
• Create and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and architecture documentation.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality assessments.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;, QA, UX,



and Engineering teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Guide development teams on software design principles, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system reliability initiatives.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, technology strategy, and long-term platform evolution.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Ensure technical documentation remains comprehensive and up to date.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Expertise You'll Bring:
