Job Summary
Responsible for driving business growth for oncology diagnostic and allied healthcare services by developing relationships with oncologists, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting diagnostic services, generating referrals, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the organization's oncology network.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for oncology diagnostics and allied services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, physicians, surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Promote diagnostic offerings such as histopathology, cytology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), molecular testing, genetic testing, tumor profiling, and other oncology-related investigations, based on the organization's portfolio.




• Generate new business opportunities through hospital visits, doctor meetings, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and institutional partnerships.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets.
• Identify potential referral sources and develop recent accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with laboratory, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sample collection and report delivery.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, pending investigations, and customer requirements.
• Organize doctor meetings, CME programs, scientific presentations, and awareness activities where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, collections, and business performance.
• Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
