Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced EBO Head to lead and drive the overall Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) business. The role will be responsible for managing the P&L;, sales performance, retail operations, store expansion, team productivity and overall profitability of the EBO channel.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing a multi-location retail network, driving store-level sales and profitability, identifying expansion opportunities and building processes for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. EBO Business & P&L; Management
• Own the overall EBO business P&L;, revenue, margins and profitability.




• Develop and execute the annual business plan and sales strategy for EBOs.
• Drive revenue growth, same-store sales growth and overall channel profitability.
• Monitor store-wise performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, margins and ROI per outlet.

2. EBO Expansion & Network Development
• Drive the expansion of the EBO network across key cities and markets.
• Identify potential locations based on market potential, footfall, demographics and business viability.
• Evaluate current store proposals and work closely with internal teams on commercial feasibility.
• Manage the end-to-end EBO expansion process, including site selection, commercial negotiations, store setup and launch.
• Develop a scalable expansion strategy for the brand's retail network.

3. Retail Operations
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all EBOs.
