Job Description: Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Launch and manage the Swaaha Instagram and social media presence.
• Own the social media calendar, including planning, scheduling and publishing content. • Develop monthly and weekly content plans aligned with launches, campaigns and commercial priorities. • Create social-first content including Reels, Stories, static posts, carousels and other platform-native formats.
• Develop creative concepts and produce/edit content using existing brand assets as well as creating new social content where required.
• Write engaging, brand-appropriate captions and social copy.
• Maintain a calendar of significant Indian holidays, festivals, cultural moments, fashion moments and relevant social dates.
• Proactively suggest content and promotional opportunities around key moments such as Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, wedding season, Valentine's Day and other relevant occasions.
• Build promotional and campaign calendars to support product launches, gifting moments and key trading periods.
• Identify social trends, sounds,



formats and conversations that Swaaha can participate in without losing the brand's identity.
• Help shape and evolve Swaaha's brand identity on social while keeping it consistent across every channel.
• Monitor social performance and use insights to continually improve content.
• Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance, traffic and conversions.
• Monitor competitors and emerging jewellery, fashion and lifestyle brands in India. • Support influencer and creator initiatives where required.
• Work closely with the wider creative, ecommerce and marketing teams around launches and campaigns.
• Build a strong, engaged Swaaha community and respond appropriately to comments, messages and conversations.
Paid Social / Meta Ads
Experience with Meta Ads Manager would be a strong advantage. Ideally, you will be comfortable:
