Colliers is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager - Advisory Services to support developers, investors, and corporate clients through strategic real estate consulting engagements. The role involves delivering market and investment insights, evaluating development opportunities, managing client relationships, and translating complex market and financial data into actionable recommendations that enable informed real estate decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Feasibility Studies, Highest & Best Use (HBU) assessments, and Development Advisory assignments across asset classes.
• Evaluate market potential through Demand-Supply Analysis, Competitive Benchmarking, Land Economics, and Macro-Market Assessment.
• Build and review robust Financial Models, including DCF, NPV, IRR, cash flow forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop strategic recommendations by integrating market, financial, and investment insights.
• Manage client engagements, present findings to senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with research, valuation,



and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering excellence in analysis, reporting, and client communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• 4-8 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, Consulting, Investment Analysis, Development Advisory, or Strategy Consulting.
• Robust expertise in Feasibility Studies, Highest & Best Use (HBU) Analysis, Market Assessment, Investment Advisory, and Financial Modelling (DCF, NPV, IRR, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Scenario Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex datasets into executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Strong client management, business communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related discipline preferred.
