We are seeking a agile Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to drive B2B business growth across the US market. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to build and maintain a robust, consistent sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities




• Identify and research potential B2B clients and key decision-makers across target markets
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records in CRM systems
• Understand client requirements and effectively position WhiteCrow’s offerings

What We’re Looking For
• 2–7 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development
• Experience working with US/UK/APAC or any international markets is preferred
• Solid communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
