Job Purpose:



This role involves conducting daily preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability, including opportunity-based shutdowns. This role is also responsible for painting, refurbishment of spares, seasonal and corrosion prevention maintenance, and execution of CAPEX projects. The position requires material and documentation management, including creating reservation slips, verifying bills, and maintaining SAP records.

Responsibilities

Lead Mechanical Ash Handling Plant

Maintenance Excellence

Execute daily preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities and maintenance activities during prospect-based shutdowns to ensure the reliability of the systems.

Execute painting, and refurbishment activities of major spares.

Implement seasonal maintenance plans, corrosion prevention plan and rolling plans.

Execute CAPEX projects and ensure timely completion.

Execute scrap collection and disposal to the store, maintaining envi
