We are looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is highly analytical, commercially aware and deeply hands-on with both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This position is for someone who can personally enter an ad account, identify what is working, diagnose what is not and build a clear strategy to improve revenue, ROAS, lead quality and customer acquisition efficiency.
The RoleYou will be responsible for planning, launching, managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns for lead-generation and e-commerce businesses.
You should be equally comfortable building campaigns from scratch, analysing large data sets, presenting performance insights to clients and making daily optimisation decisions inside advertising platforms.




This is not a coordination-only or delegation-based position. We are looking for a performance marketer who remains actively involved in campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Manage campaigns for both lead generation and e-commerce sales
• Build full-funnel acquisition strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion and remarketing
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis and media planning
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and remarketing campaigns
• Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, catalogue, Advantage+ Shopping and lead-generation campaigns
• Continuously improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate and lead quality
• Analyse campaign performance and convert data into transparent, actionable recommendations
• Create structured testing plans for audi
