Overview

This is a pivotal time to be part of General Mills’ Digital and Technology function that supports Insight and Analytics organization as we build a modern data and decision platform for North America markets on GCP, and connect it to broader data programs across globally.

As Sr. D&T; Analyst – DnA, Commercial Analytics, you will own analyst responsibility for Commercial Analytics team. You will work closely with Data Engineering team, the Data Architect, business stakeholders, and central teams to drive data transformation and change management.

Key Accountabilities





• Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand commercial priorities and define analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into transparent requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, and BI tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain commercial metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical models that support decision-making.
• Connect data from multiple sources and help establish consistent definitions, logic, and data quality standards.
• Conduct data exploration and feasibility assessments to determine the best approach for solving business problems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement scalable analytics products.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for requirement clarification, prioritization, and issue resolution.
