About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Executive – Talent Management to join engineo solutions’ dedicated staff-augmentation recruitment team. Reporting to the Lead – Talent Management, you will independently own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer mandates, especially complex, critical and senior requirements. Your ownership will span intake support, sourcing strategy, screening, calibrated shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and joining. You will manage a demanding requisition load with limited supervision, forecast pipeline needs, prioritise competing roles and proactively manage risks to closure against client SLAs.
