• Architecting Future-Proof Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions for new features and enhancements on our existing product, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Technical Modernization & Quality: Proactively identify areas for technical improvement, refactoring, and modernization within our C++ and Angular codebase. Drive initiatives to enhance product stability, performance, and overall maintainability.
• Mentorship & Skill Development: Act as a technical mentor for the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide guidance on C++ best practices,
design patterns, performance optimization, and overall code quality.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, other development teams, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and analyze the impact of proposed solutions across various systems.
• Performance & Reliability: Monitor and analyze solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies for optimization to ensure our product remains highly responsive and reliable.
• Driving Technical Excellence (GHCP): Lead the team in adopting and adhering to company-wide technical standards and methodologies, such as GHCP, ensuring continuous improvement in our development processes and outcomes.
• Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing strategies, and architectural patterns. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feed
