Job Description:
We’re Hiring: Travel Agent (Amadeus GDS) – Night Shift
We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Amadeus GDS and capable of handling end-to-end travel booking operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle flight reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using Amadeus GDS
• Manage domestic and international ticketing
• Assist clients with fare rules, schedules, and travel-related queries
• Resolve booking issues and provide excellent customer support
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers when required
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
• Proven experience working on Amadeus GDS
• Valuable knowledge of airline fares, routing, and ticketing rules
• Ability to work independently during the night shift
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Prior experience in a travel agency is preferred
