Job Title – Senior Financial Analyst Billing
About The Role
The candidate will join the Accounting Team and under minimal supervision prepare, analyse, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a highly complex or strategic portfolio of CBRE clients
The candidate will report to Accounting Manager and cooperate closely with local accounting teams as well as US accounting team to deliver consistent and quality service to clients.
What You’ll Do
Provide timely and accurate analyses of accounts receivable
Generates and reviews financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. Prepares packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management/US BSO teams.
Experience In MIP Billing Process.
Understand AR concepts and experience.
Understand SOX Control Descriptions For The Billing Scope
Must have experience on Credit note process and requirements
Experience On Order To Cash Cycle
Understand Accrual concepts and experience.
Working Experience On AR Monthend Close
Experience in downloading Age debt reports
Prepaid Concept And Amortization Experience
Reviews and audits funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.
Experience in MIS preparation for the client accounting
