We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 5,200 colleagues complemented by approximately 400+ virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. In this role,



the Project Support manager is responsible for supporting and governing projects throughout the project lifecycle, from project initiation through implementation, hyper-care, and project handover. The role ensures effective stakeholder alignment, requirements management, risk governance, testing coordination, implementation readiness, benefits realization, and operational stabilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, register, and maintain projects within the agreed project governance framework.
• Document project scope, objectives, benefits, assumptions, constraints, risks, dependencies, milestones, and success criteria.
• Conduct benefit analysis and document projected cost savings, efficiency gains, and business value.
• Engage stakeholders to understand, align, and document project expectations and business requirements.
• Collect, analyze, document, and obtain approval for business and functional requirements within agreed timelines.
