About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive/ Specialist to manage and support integrations between our e-commerce platform and marketplaces, websites, logistics partners, payment gateways, and other third-party systems. The role requires a solid understanding of e-commerce operations, APIs, data synchronization, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage integrations with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, Myntra, marketplaces, logistics partners,



and other e-commerce platforms.
• Configure and maintain API-based integrations and third-party applications.
• Monitor synchronization of orders, products, inventory, pricing, customers, and shipment data.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration failures, API errors, data mismatches, and synchronization issues.
• Coordinate with clients, technical teams, marketplace teams, and integration partners for issue resolution.
• Understand API documentation, authentication methods, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Perform integration testing, UAT, and validation before going live.
• Maintain integration-related documentation, SOPs, and issue logs.
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist in configuring their e-commerce integrations.
• Monitor integration health and proactively identify recurring issues.
• Escalate technical issues to the development/engineering team with proper logs and error details.
