Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth and building solid relationships with customers and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound calls,



and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into orders. The role involves presenting product features and benefits, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable toys, games, and activity kits. The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with operations and marketing teams, and support promotional campaigns and product launches. The position also requires regularly tracking sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.
