About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Process Support Executive to join our mortgage brokerage support team.
This is an onsite, night-shift position in Indore. The role involves back-office operations, file and document handling, follow-ups, communication, coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle mortgage files and provide back-office support
• Assist with file submissions and lender coordination
• Track pending documents, tasks, and follow-up reminders
• Handle emails and business communication
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings
• Make follow-up calls with leads, clients, lenders,



and mortgage agents
• Maintain and update information in CRM and internal systems
• Support documentation, data entry, and record management
• Coordinate with team members for timely task completion
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities

Required Skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Confident and professional communication over phone calls
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership
• Working knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with AI tools, cloud storage, email platforms, and CRM systems preferred
