About the Role
We are looking for a agile, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management
• Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
• Conduct customer interactions and introduce suitable interior design solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support lead conversion.
• Assist in preparing and presenting quotations and proposals.
• Support the sales team in negotiations and closing opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Customer Coordination
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate guidance on interior solutions.




• Coordinate with the design team to communicate customer requirements accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.

Sales Process & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with the operations and project teams for a smooth customer handover.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, customer preferences, and market activities.
