About the Programme
Bridge Beyond is India's only end-to-end India–Germany nursing placement pathway. We prepare qualified nurses from A1 to B2 entirely in India, with a confirmed job offer secured before training begins. VOICE German™ is our proprietary, CEFR-aligned German language programme — a core IP asset of EduBridge and a primary competitive differentiator of the Bridge Beyond programme.
The Role
This is a senior specialist role at the heart of VOICE German™. You will own the curriculum that powers the programme, deliver training to nursing candidates in Mumbai, and build and certify the trainer pipeline that enables the programme to scale across multiple cities. This is not a general language-teaching role — it demands C2-level mastery of German, direct lived experience of the German workplace, deep pedagogical rigour, and the discipline to produce structured, IP-grade curriculum documents.
What We're Looking For
• German language proficiency at C2 level — full mastery. Hard requirement.
• Minimum 3 years of having lived and worked in Germany — not a preference, a hard requirement
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in German language instruction, curriculum development, or professional use of German in a structured environment
• Proven ability to produce structured curriculum documents at a skilled, publishable standard
• Deep familiarity with CEFR framework and at least one external examination standard — Goethe-Institut, TELC, or ÖSD
• Working knowledge of healthcare or nursing in German is strongly advantageous
• Full professional English proficiency
