About the Role
We are looking for a curious and analytical Junior Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will work with real-world datasets, perform data analysis, build machine learning models, and support data-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify meaningful patterns and trends.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build and evaluate basic classification, regression, and clustering models.
• Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and prepare data for analysis.
• Create meaningful visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
• Apply statistical techniques and perform hypothesis testing.
• Support feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.




• Assist senior data scientists with model tuning, documentation, and research.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Robust fundamentals in Python, Statistics, and Data Analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Good understanding of SQL and data preprocessing.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and solve problems logically.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Good to Have
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Exposure to NLP, time-series analysis, or deep learning.
• Academic, internship, or personal projects involving real-world datasets.
