About The Role

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategising, executing, optimising and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the creative, social media, SEO, website and account management teams to ensure performance campaigns are aligned with broader brand and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running ads — it is about understanding the business, audience, funnel, creative, landing experience, data and economics behind every campaign.

What You'll Do

• Performance Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Translate client business objectives into measurable digital marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Build full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, lead generation, conversion and remarketing.
• Develop media plans, budget allocations, campaign structures and performance forecasts.




• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Analyse customer journeys and identify gaps across the acquisition funnel.
• Recommend the right platform, audience, creative and campaign mix based on business objectives.
• Campaign Management & Optimisation
• Own end-to-end campaign execution across multiple client accounts.
• Manage significant monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective utilisation.
• Monitor and optimise budgets, bids, audiences, placements, keywords, creatives and conversion events.
• Conduct structured A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and campaign strategies.
• Continuously optimise campaigns against CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and other business KPIs.
• Identify performance drops, diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
